Which countries do you import and export to?

What types of products do you specialize in?

We specialize in the sourcing and distribution of high-quality industrial, specialty, and commodity chemicals for a wide range of industries. Our product portfolio includes raw materials and chemical ingredients used in water treatment, food and beverage processing, pharmaceuticals, personal care, paints and coatings, adhesives, construction, plastics, rubber, textiles, agriculture, mining, and general manufacturing.

Our offerings include solvents, acids, alkalis, salts, surfactants, resins, pigments, additives, and other specialty chemical products. We work closely with reputable local and international manufacturers to ensure consistent quality, competitive pricing, and reliable supply.

How long does the import/export process take?

The import and export timeline depends on several factors, including product availability, country of origin or destination, shipping method, customs clearance, and regulatory requirements.

As a general guide:

  • Air freight: Approximately 3–10 business days
  • Sea freight: Approximately 2–8 weeks, depending on the shipping route and destination
  • Customs clearance: Typically 1–7 business days, subject to local customs regulations and complete documentation

Our team works closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure efficient processing and timely delivery. We keep our customers informed throughout the shipment process and provide estimated delivery schedules based on each order.

For urgent requirements, expedited shipping options may be available upon request.

What are the payment terms for international trade?

Our payment terms vary depending on the order value, customer relationship, country of destination, and the agreed trade terms. We strive to provide secure and flexible payment options that meet the needs of both parties.

Common payment methods include:

  • Telegraphic Transfer (T/T): Advance payment, partial deposit with balance before shipment, or payment against shipping documents, as agreed.
  • Letter of Credit (L/C): Available for qualified transactions and larger international orders.
  • Documents Against Payment (D/P) or Documents Against Acceptance (D/A): Offered to approved customers, subject to credit evaluation.
  • Open Account: Available for established customers with a proven payment history and approved credit terms.

Specific payment terms, including currency, payment schedule, and applicable Incoterms®, will be clearly stated in the Proforma Invoice and Sales Contract before the order is confirmed.

If you have specific payment requirements, our team will be happy to discuss suitable arrangements for your transaction.
